My Policy….

*Please be advised I exchange or give a credit note only*

All your orders will be sent out every other day, some of the orders may take between 1-2 days to prep.

Please understand I’m doing my best when you select first class delivery to allow for preparation.

If you feel the need to unfortunately exchange please do so within 7 days of receiving your parcel, with said product in the same condition as it was sent to you. 

I will try to respond within 1-2 days.

Please understand I’m a small business with the vision of expanding, but without payments being made within 24 hours of selecting ‘cash’ as your means of payment, I will have to resell item.

Unfortunately I have to be firm with this due to holding back stock and it not being paid for in the necessary time frame as advised.
