All UK orders will be sent out First Class at a flat rate of £5.00, EU orders will be £8.00. Orders are sent on a Tuesday and Thursday; some orders may take between 1-2 days to prepare. Please understand I'm doing my best when you select first class delivery to allow for preparation.

Local Pick-up

We will contact you with pick-up details. Orders will be ready to collect within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email.

Pick-up days are Monday to Saturday.

Please select the Pick-up - Witham, Essex option at checkout.

We can also accept cash on collection, so if this is the best option for you, please select at checkout.

Please be advised we only exchange or give credit note only.

If you feel the need to unfortunately exchange please do so within 7 days of receiving your parcel with said product in same condition. We will try to respond within 1-2 days.
